This premier Assertiveness & Confidence Course, written by Life Coaches, is
for the person who wants to build assertiveness and confidence at work,
home or elsewhere and to open up communication in difficult situations.
Understand what assertiveness and confidence are all about and how
being assertive can impact our lives. Learn how to be assertive in
meetings, feel confident and use assertiveness to improve time
management and how to say NO. Also, learn to use positive body language,
manage aggression and deal with non-assertive behaviour. Understand the
different levels of assertiveness and self perception / esteem. Buffet
