Child Protection Training Course Levels One, Two and Three

LEVEL One - Child Protection Awareness Course (CPD Certified)


This CPD-Certified 1-day training in London is an awareness course, providing the basics of Child Protection and is for people who 'come into contact' with children through their place of work or organisation, e.g. compnay, School workers and teachers, College, charity, Church, youth work, support & leadership staff, GPs, NHS and youth workers, etc.
Complete this before moving on to level 2.

LEVEL Two - Child Protection Advanced Course (CPD Certified)


The level 2 CPD Certified 1-day training in London is for those who have completed level 1 training and need an advanced knowledge of Child Protection, including people who 'work with children.' E.g. teaching staff, NHS and all the above, etc.

LEVEL Three - Child Protection for Designated Persons (CPD Certified)


The level 3 CPD Certified one-day course is for Designated Persons (Child Protection Officers (CPOs) and people who are working towards becoming a Designated Person / Child Protection Officer and have completed levels 1 and 2. Are you the main person for Child Protection within your organisation, consider this course.

Hi Andy, thanks for the update, this clarifies things for me. I'll go ahead and view the course details on the website. As I work with children I'll look to do the level 2 and 2 courses. The online training 1 and 2 look interesting too, I'll take a look at these.

I need to cover the following, so I'll check out the level 2... Know what to do if I believe that a child is at risk and understand my role in relation to child protection. Plus a look at strategies and framework for safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children
