professional development activities. It was also founded in order to offer a
range of effective but affordable consultancy services to the corporate,
voluntary and public sectors. The company has two directors, Andy and Louise
Douglas who, between them, have forty years’ experience in business and, in
particular, in consultancy. Graffham Consulting Ltd works with a number of
training associates and employees, to ensure a good fit for client
organisations. Those working with Graffham include teachers, youth workers,
housing, early years and SEN specialists as well as those working in social
services and with the judiciary.
